Anthony Bryce ('Tony'), BA (Hons), MA, Dip.SW, AASW, PGCE, is lead pastor to Olive Branch Community Church. 

As early as 1984, Tony served in a range of local church and itinerant ministries, primarily in the field of Bible teaching and Christian education before moving into bi-vocational pastoral leadership of a church plant in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 2012, while employed as a regional manager in children and families services.  On Sunday 29th January 2012, the first meeting of what was to become Olive Branch Community Church (OB) was held.

On Saturday 11th August 2012, with the laying on of hands, and with the well wishes of their former Pastor, ordained ministers and church leaders, Tony and his wife, Dee, were inducted into leadership of Olive Branch Community Church. Married in 1993, Tony & Dee are parents to Joseph and Jayden.

As lead pastor-teacher to OB's School of Wisdom online, Tony's teaching and learning resources draw on developments in our understanding of how we are 'fearfully and wonderfully made'; his personal knowledge and professional skills and experiences in children and families social care, adult education and training, spanning over 35 years; his Christian faith; his experience of starting, and leading a local church, and his leaning towards intrapreneurship and concept creation. 

Tony is regarded as an insightful and creative bible teacher and life skills trainer and coach who emphasises the practical use of knowledge from God's two books: the 'book' of nature and the book of scripture, for whole-person spiritual growth and for understanding the issues of life.  Developer of innovative optimum living education products and concepts, including:

Dee Bryce, mentor and author, is co-founder of Olive Branch Community Church and the founder and director of Flourish Mentoring and Flourish Women, a local women's ministry with an international reach.

Founded in the Autumn of 2012, Flourish Women hosts and organises spiritually, socially and emotionally rich events and learning experiences for women to further their personal growth, and to find in the company of other women, the wisdom of God for the circumstances of life.

Through prayer breakfasts, conferences, coffee mornings, spa retreats, one-to-one and group mentoring, Dee’s passion is to enable women to express their God-installed gifts and abilities, and to see them living well and being fruitful. Author of two devotionals for women: Roses & Thorns" Vol 1 & 2. Dee has a wealth of experience in people management and career coaching and is respected for her wisdom and insight.

A Business management graduate and qualified guidance practitioner, Dee has 20 years’ experience in the welfare to work sector, engaging with people living with a range of physical and mental health conditions and managing teams engaging communities in soft skills development and building strategic partnerships with local and national businesses. At present, Dee is a Senior Portfolio Manager for a global management consultancy.
