Anthony Bryce ('Tony'), BA (Hons), MA, Dip.SW, AASW, PGCE, is lead pastor to Olive Branch Community Church.  Since 1984, Tony has served in various local church and itinerant ministries, focusing mainly on Bible teaching and Christian education. In 2012, while working as a manager in children and families services, he stepped into bi-vocational pastoral leadership of a church plant in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The first meeting of what would become Olive Branch Community Church (OB) took place on Sunday, 29th January 2012. On Saturday, 11th August 2012, with hands laid on them by their former Pastor and other ordained ministers, and church leaders, Tony and his wife, Dee, were inducted into leadership of OB.

Married in 1993, Tony & Dee are parents to Joseph and Jayden. As lead pastor-teacher for OB’s School of Wisdom online, Tony creates teaching and learning resources that draw on insights into how we are “fearfully and wonderfully made,” his extensive professional experience in children's social care, adult education, and training, his Christian faith, his church-planting and leadership training, and his passion for intrapreneurship and concept creation.

Known as an insightful and creative Bible teacher and coach, he focuses on applying knowledge from God’s two “book” - the book of nature and the book of scripture for holistic spiritual growth and understanding life’s challenges.

He is also the developer of innovative optimum living education products and concepts, including:

Dee Bryce, mentor and author, co-founded Olive Branch Community Church and founded Flourish Mentoring and Flourish Women, a local women’s ministry with global reach. Since its start in Autumn 2012, Flourish Women has been creating spiritually, socially, and emotionally enriching events and learning opportunities to help women grow personally and discover God’s wisdom through connection with others.

From prayer breakfasts and conferences to coffee mornings, spa retreats, and one-to-one or group mentoring, Dee is passionate about helping women share their God-given gifts, live well, and flourish. She’s also the author of two devotionals for women, *Roses & Thorns* Vol. 1 & 2, and is valued for her wisdom and insight.

With a background in business management and qualifications in guidance, Dee has two decades of experience in the welfare-to-work sector, supporting individuals with a variety of physical and mental health conditions, leading community engagement teams, and building partnerships with businesses. Currently, she works as a Strategic Account Manager for a global management consultancy.
